The company was founded by an aristocrat, the Marquis of Dion, and George Bouton, an engineer. Our model was known as “The Popular” and it was a great sales success. Its design is influenced by the style of the Moulin Rouge and Toulouse-Lautrec with typical paintings from La Belle Époque.
